PREVIEW TOTAL ACCESS ADMIN 2007

A preview version of Total Access Admin 2007 is now available for download. Total Access Admin lets you monitor who's in your database in real time. Watch as users enter and exit your database, identify dropped connections, prevent new users, and troubleshoot multi-user problems.

New features include support for the Access 2007 ACCDB database format, the creation of a log file, compacting the database once all users are logged out, command line support, and an improved user interface with Vista support.

The new version supports databases created by Access 97 through 2007.

ACCESS: EASILY DELETE MANY OBJECTS AT ONE TIME

By default, Microsoft Access prompts you each time you manually delete an object from the database container or navigation pane. This confirmation is helpful to avoid accidental deletions of an object, but is a pain if you need to delete many objects.

ACCESS: APPLICATIONS REFERENCING THE ADOX LIBRARY FAILS UNDER WINDOWS VISTA

If your application uses the ADOX library (Microsoft ADO Ext. 2.7 for DDL and Security), it may fail if your users are running Vista.

Your existing Visual Studio .NET or Visual Basic executable or compiled Access application (MDE or ADE) is running fine on Windows XP. However, when your users upgrades to Vista, it no longer works or portions of it fail. Why?
