Reviewing Errors, Suggestions, and Performance Tips

One of the most powerful features of Total Access Analyzer is its ability to detect problems with your database, and offer suggestions to make your application more robust. Total Access Analyzer finds 250+ types of errors that can crash your database, suggestions for improvement, and tips to enhance performance.

This information can be viewed from the Errors, Suggestions, and Performance tabs on the Documentation Explorer:

From this list, you can click the Design icon on the toolbar (or press Ctrl+D) to open that object in design mode for easy review and correction.

You can view all issues for the entire database, or filter by object type or individual object. You can even mark issues as Reviewed to filter out items that you’ve fixed or deemed unnecessary to fix. When you document this database in again, the Reviewed status is maintained so you can easily skip items you've already examined.
