Select a Database

The first step in using Total Access Admin is to select the database to administer. Jet (*.MDB) databases in Access 2016, 2013, 2010, 2007, 2003, 2002, 2000, and 97 formats, plus the Access 2007-2016 ACCDB formats are supported.

The Select Database section lets you add the database to monitor. Press the Open Database button from the main form to bring up this screen:

Browse to the location of the database that you want to manage, and specify any security options for the database. Database passwords and workgroup security are supported.
