Using Total Access Admin

Total Access Admin’s functionality is accessible from the product’s main form:

Monitor Microsoft Access Database Usage

Main Form Sections

  • Select the database to monitor
  • Refresh rate to specify how often the list is updated
  • Actions when all users exit a database or a suspect connection occurs
  • A specific time to quit, if any
  • Monitor Database Usage to see entries and exits for each database
  • Write Usage to Log File to record the activity to an Access database
  • Lockout/Idle Users Control to prevent new users
  • Send Admin Message to connected users
