Using Total Access Admin
Total Access Admin’s functionality is accessible from the product’s main form:

Main Form Sections
- Select the database to monitor
- Refresh rate to specify how often the list is updated
- Actions when all users exit a database or a suspect connection occurs
- A specific time to quit, if any
- Monitor Database Usage to see entries and exits for each database
- Write Usage to Log File to record the activity to an Access database
- Lockout/Idle Users Control to prevent new users
- Send Admin Message to connected users
