About Total Access
Analyzer
for Microsoft Access
Total Access Analyzer
is the most popular Microsoft Access add-in program of all
time! Discover why so many Access users and developers rely
on Total Access Analyzer to help them deliver higher quality
solutions with fewer errors.
Basic Documentation of Individual Objects
Available as a Microsoft Access
add-in, Total Access Analyzer generates comprehensive
documentation of your MS Access database so you can
understand how it works. From basic documentation and
reports of individual objects you can see table field
definitions, printouts of macros, formatted bracketed module
printouts, form and report blueprints with annotated
controls, etc.
Documentation Across Objects
Total Access Analyzer also provides information across
objects to generate a field dictionary to see all the tables
where a field name is defined, property slices to see a property
value across multiple fields or objects, etc.
Object and Module Cross-Referencing
More importantly, extensive object and VBA code
cross-referencing is performed so you can see everywhere an
object is referenced, where every procedure is called, DoCmd
used, ActiveX control inserted, etc. The Application, Data
and Object Flow diagrams show how the
program and data flows across your application so you can
see multi-level references.
Error Detection and Best Practices Suggestions
Total Access Analyzer detects and offers 291 different types
of errors, suggestions, and performance tips. Use them to
improve you Access database applications.
