is available when you purchase with a check or Visa,
or MasterCard credit card.
For purchases with American Express or
Discover cards, a 3% fee is charged since those cards do not refund their
fees when we issue credits.

Yes. Our website is completely secure and private. Our site uses SSL
encryption to ensure the security and confidentiality of your order.
Additionally, we employ 128-bit encryption and authentication. If you
prefer, you do not need to provide any payment information on the order
form. Simply include all your information except the payment details,
and we will call you for the payment information. Or you can simply
phone in your order.
All FMS software is available via electronic
download. Most products are also available
physically with a CD and professionally printed user
manual for a nominal shipping and handling fee.
Training videos are available via shipment only.
All orders are reviewed by our customer service
staff. Our office hours are 9 AM-5 PM EST and orders
are usually processed throughout the day. However,
due to unforeseen circumstances and for orders after
hours, we suggest that you allow one business day
for ESD delivery.Your download instructions are
emailed to you with a link, download ID, password,
and serial number. Simply follow the link and you
can download the software immediately. Make sure the
fmsinc.com domain is classified as a safe sender in
your Junk Mail and SPAM filters.
All customers receive electronic software downloads (ESD)
automatically. The physical product is shipped within one business day.
Delivery depends on your location from our Virginia office and the

Yes. FMS products and services are available on the General Services
Administration (GSA) Schedule. U.S. Federal Government and related
organizations can place purchases through GSA Advantage under contract
number GS35F0336T. FMS is a minority owned, small business.
At this time, we do not offer educational discounts.

Purchase Orders
Although FMS reserves the right to deny purchase orders on a case-by-case
basis, FMS generally accepts purchase orders from Fortune 500 companies,
Government Agencies, Non-Profit organizations, and existing customers in
good standing. We can only accept purchase orders from companies within the
United States. Copies of Purchase Orders must be emailed (sales@fmsinc.com),
faxed (703-448-3861), or mailed to us, and they must include your shipping
and billing addresses, and phone numbers. Terms are NET 30.
All international orders must be prepaid by check, credit card, or wire
transfer. We require that all international payments be received prior to
shipping our products.

Please note that wire transfers often take several business days to
clear, and we cannot ship orders until we receive a confirmation from our
bank.
COD (Cash on Delivery)
FMS does not accept payment by COD.
