Total Access Memo on a Form
Add a Total Access memo control to your form and bind it to a memo field
from the RecordSource. Display and edit the text with all the rich text
features you expect:

Add Total Access Memo control to your reports and print the
rich text field.

Note that Access reports are limited to 22 inches in length, so each
memo can't exceed that height. Total Access Memo on a report is
designed for common memo field lengths and should not be considered
a substitute for Microsoft Word to handle large documents. Of
course, you can have multiple fields/records and use Total Access
Memo to create very long reports, just like standard Access text
boxes.
Total Access Memo Control Properties
In Design mode, right click on the Total Access Memo control
to see and set its properties.
