Updates for Total Access Emailer
Total Access Emailer leverages the power of Microsoft
Access and Email so you can generate personalized email
messages for everyone in your table or query. Easily send
messages from Access in text or HTML format, with options
for Cc, Bcc, Attachments, and more. Use field values
in your email subject and body to create unique,
personalized emails for each recipient.
Get the Latest Version
The first version of Total Access Emailer was released in
July 2003 to wide acclaim. Versions for Access 97, 2000,
2002, and 2003 were shipped. In May 2007,
Total Access Emailer for Access 2007 was released to
support the new version of Microsoft Office Access.
Version X.5 is now available for prior versions (versions 8.5, 9.5, 10.5,
and 11.5 for Access versions 97, 2000, 2002/XP, and 2003 respectively).
Version X.5 includes these enhancements:
- Use Access reports as your HTML email messages.
Imagine the emails you can create by using the power of Access reports
to format your custom HTML emails for each of your contacts!
- Embed Filtered Access Objects
Tables, queries/views, and reports can now be embedded directly in
your email messages and attachments. Easily filter the data so each
recipient receives their own information based on fields in your data
source.
- Embed Graphics in HTML Messages
HTML messages automatically embed local graphics referenced by the
message. You no longer need to add the graphics as attachments—they are
automatically embedded in the email message.
- Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Email Support
Total Access Emailer now supports sending emails through servers that
require a secure or encrypted connection, using Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
This provides an extra level of security, and additional support for users
who exclusively use SSL mail servers.
- Runtime Version Available Separately
Earlier versions bundled the end user and runtime components together.
Version 11.5 can now be purchased as Standard Version or the Professional
Version. The Standard Version is designed for end users. The Professional
Version includes the Standard Version, plus a programmatic interface and
Runtime License to distribute applications that use Total Access Emailer
blasts to users who do not own Total Access Emailer.
