Current Purchasers of FMS Access 97 Products to Receive Free Upgrades

VIENNA, VA — July 9, 1999 — FMS, Inc. is now offering free upgrades to the Access 2000 versions of its popular Total Access Suites and individual suite products for Access 97. Customers purchasing Access 97 versions of FMS products between July 1, 1999 and the end of the year can receive a free upgrade to the Access 2000 version when it ships. The FMS Technology Guarantee covers the following Total Access products:

• Total Access Agent – automatically schedules database maintenance chores
• Total Access Analyzer – provides extensive database documentation, cross-referencing, and error detection
• Total Access CodeTools – standardizes new and existing module code
• Total Access Components – powerful ActiveX controls to enhance applications
• Total Access Detective – identifies differences between any two objects or databases
• Total Access Memo – allows users to add formatted memo fields to forms and reports
• Total Access SourceBook – fully-tested and documented source code library with over 550 procedures for Access
• Total Access Statistics – lets programmers or users perform complex data analysis without programming
• Total Access Developer Suite and Total Access Enterprise Suite – collections of the Total Access programs listed above.

To receive a free upgrade, customers simply complete the FMS Technology Guarantee Form, which is included in Total Access 97 product boxes and available on our web site.
