Microsoft Access Table List with Sizes, Sorted by Estimated Table Size
This report lists each Microsoft Access table sorted in
descending order by its estimated table size.
Estimated Record and Table Sizes
The sizes are estimates and not accurate because Microsoft
Access tables are variable length and depend on the actual
data in them. Total Access Analyzer does not go through each
field and record to calculate what's in them. Additionally,
certain fields such as memo, bitmap and attachment fields
can contain an "unlimited" amount of data. The estimated
table size is based on the estimated record size times the
number of records.
Use the estimated sizes as a guideline for the relative size of the table.
